During university, he ran in Japan’s most famous student relay competition, the Hakone Long-Distance Relay Race. After visiting almost the entire country, he now lives in Kunitachi and manages three restaurants themed on regional cuisine from all over Japan. He also recently started a YouTube channel called “Buchi Erai Channel.” Within 3 months after posting his first video, he had posted over 100 videos. Their content covers a wide range of topics, from restaurant management, to professional restaurants’ daily preparations, to commentary on long-distance relay races.
